1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping: Varies by destination (average 7–21 business days)
Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for U.S. deliveries. International shipments may involve local postal services once they reach your country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
I AM Gear is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for a refund.
